This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the
use of www.edubestari.com E-Learning website ("Site") developed by the Prism
Vision Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (“PVM”) has exclusive rights, including
participation in the Site's chat and message boards or forums ("Discussion
Areas").
The mission of the Site is to provide current, easy to use access to resources,
techniques, and information regarding accessibility in distance education. In
addition, the Site is designed to provide a forum for users to share their
opinions, experiences, and to contribute other information. In order to
maximize the benefit of the Site, users must agree to and abide by the terms of
usage. USE OF THE SITE IN ANY FORM OR MANNER CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO
COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
PVM may change, modify, or update this User Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these changes,
modifications, or updates.

| Terms of Usage

Information, materials, comments and all other submissions to the Site by you
or any other user becomes the property of PVM upon submission.
PVM does not endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the
comments, opinions or statements posted by you or any other user in Discussion
Areas or elsewhere on the Site. Any information or material placed online by
you or any other user, including advice and opinions, is the view and
responsibility of the submitter and does not necessarily represent the view of
the Site.
The terms for usage are intended to protect and preserve the mission of the
Site as stated above. If you do not want or can not abide by all of the terms
of this User Agreement you may not use this Site in any manner whether directly
or indirectly.

| Use of the Site by You |
PVM grants you the right to use the
Site to submit and review information, comments and other materials related to
disability awareness resources and issues. This right to use the Site is
personal to you. You may not authorize others to use the Site. You are solely
responsible for all of your own use and actions while on the Site. You agree
not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language, or to place on the Site
any material that is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful in
nature.
Furthermore, you may not place on the Site any material that is encrypted or
coded, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's
privacy, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give
rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national
or international law or regulation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful
purposes that are directly related to the mission of the Site as stated herein.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to the Site
including but not limited to text, photographs and sound, does not violate the
copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights
of any third party. Material provided to the Site, including but not limited to
the Discussion Areas, shall become the property of PVM and all rights in the
material shall be transferred thereof.
Material on the Site is for your personal use only. PVM does not grant you any
other rights to any of the material on the Site. You may not in any way make
commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission,
distribution, performance, caching or otherwise, of material obtained through
the Site, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Site or its associated
software, hardware and servers in any way, and you agree not to impede or
interfere with others' use of the Site. You further agree not to alter or
tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, the Site.
You acknowledge that the PVM or any employee thereof has not reviewed and does
not endorse the content of this Site or any content on any sites linked to and
from this Site and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other
sites linked to and from this Site. Linking to any other Service or Company

| Use of Material Posted by You |
| Postings to the Discussion Areas and other areas of this Site
are not private. You grant PVM and its designees the unrestricted right to use,
reproduce, modify, translate, transmit and distribute any information or
material you supply or communicate to the Site via such postings, in any medium
now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial
uses.

| You agree that PVM or any employee thereof is not responsible,
and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or
materials posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit
material.

| Personal Information |
| PVM is dedicated to supporting an individual's right to have
their personal information held in the strictest confidence. This website does
not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when
specifically, knowingly and voluntarily provided by such individuals. A user's
personally identifiable information will not be transferred, sold or loaned to
any third party.

| IP Addresses |
| PVM may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our
server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to gather
broad demographic information for statistical research purposes only.

| Cookies |
PVM may place a "cookie" in the browser files of the user's
computer. The cookie itself does not contain any personally identifiable
information and is used to allow an authenticated user to access pages that
require a login. The cookie is created on login and persists for a little while
after the user leaves the site, or until logging out. Although the cookie could
enable PVM to relate a user's use of this site to information that the user has

under this Agreement, including but not limited to any third party claims
against Indemnities for patent, copyright, and/or trademark infringement and/or
patent interference resulting from your submission to the Site.

| Editing and Deletions |
| PVM reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review,
edit, move or delete any material posted by users in the Discussion Areas or
elsewhere on the Site, in its sole discretion and without notice.

| Modifications to the User Agreement |
| PVM reserves the right to add, change, or modify, from time to
time, sections of this Agreement. PVM shall take reasonable steps to indicate
which sections have been added, changed, or modified. Your use of the Site
constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional rules.

| Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN

AFFILIATES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND

THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ACCESS
TO THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THERE WILL BE NO FAILURES, ERRORS
OR OMISSIONS OR LOSS OF TRANSMITTED INFORMATION, OR THAT NO VIRUSES WILL BE
TRANSMITTED ON THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED ARISING OUT OF YOUR
ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE, INCLUDING FOR VIRUSES ALLEGED TO
HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE, YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR

| Termination

| PVM has the right to suspend or terminate your ability to

not constitute a continuing waiver thereof nor of any further or additional
rights may such party hold under this Agreement.

| Governing Law |
| This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws
of Malaysia.
|
| Severability |
| If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be
invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of
the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
|
| Entire User Agreement |
This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between
the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
If you don't agree to the terms contained in this Agreement, please exit the
Site immediately.

| Notwithstanding any language to the contrary, nothing
contained herein constitutes nor is intended to constitute an offer,
